It not necessary to consume all raw diet in a one serve. If you take it nutrient-wise, you may have break the diet in two or three serving with different diet pattern, eventually it is the overall diet consumed in a day, which matters. There are various recipes of raw foods, which can be prepared as per choice.

If you consider the healthy people, as long as you can achieve the recommended number of servings for each raw food group in your daily diet, you can get all the necessary nutrients you need.

The raw food in one meal may help increase absorption of certain nutrients. Vitamin C from fruits and vegetables helps to absorb form of iron available in green leafy vegetables.
