Carbohydrates is an important food to get the energy in out body. If you eat foods contains carbohydrates, then your body split them down into glucose and then the glucose immersed into the blood stems and as a result the glucose level increase and then the pancreas releases insulin. The insulin shift sugar from the blood into the cells, where the sugar can be converted into energy.
It is not advisable to eat the simple sugar because simple sugar can easily burn and person gets hungry very early so it is better you can serve the complex carbohydrate foods like wholegrain breads, oatmeal, fruits and vegetables etc. It is not advisable to eat sugar candy or any types of direct sugar as food. It is ideal of you can eat the complex carbohydrates than the simple carbohydrates. I think you must have to take the certain amount of complex carbohydrates to maintain the blood sugar level. It is not advisable for the diabetic patients to eat direct sugar or say simple sugar because it will enhance sugar in the blood level.
