Cooling or freezing protect all types of bacterium that conserves it from possible contamination from preserved foods. This general guideline has some surprise results like some bacteria can grow even at cooling condition. This is mainly due to it contains salt, sugar and acid level in the foods. The possibility of spreading the bacteria in such types of foods like salted meat, food jam and in vinegar inserted vegetable traditional conserved food.

Microbes developed in the food are killing due to hot temperature. If you heat the food 160oF to kill the parasites, viruses or bacterium from the food. It is essential to boil the food at the defined temperature to kill the parasites, viruses or bacterium from the food; however some bacteria are kill in the normal body temperature. It is essential to preserve the food at the high temperature at certain pressure as part of the preserving process. The bacterium or viruses kill at different temperature. The staphylococcus toxins are resulting into vomiting even if you cooked the food in a certain temperature.
