Human body is regulated by the brain so any types of biological changes are occurs depends on the mind. If person suffering from depression than its affect on the body will automatically react on the body. There are several studies found that the person feeling with depression are leads to disorder in the metabolic changes. If it is not treated well in time than there are several types of food disorder occurs.

Generally no one can identify the symptoms of disorder related to depression at first instance. There are different studies was proved that the depression can causes effect on blood sugar and imbalance in insulin in such cases it is essential to eat five to six mini meals are necessary to balance the blood sugar level. It is not advisable to take the full meal. I think you must have to take the frequent meal as suggested by the physician or dietician to get the advice properly. You must have to follow the dietary guidelines as suggested by the physician to get the proper intake of foods in the diet.
