No, most of the foods prepared by in the restaurants are made from the Trans fat. The baked foods are hydrogenated. It is not advisable to eat the baked foods or fried foods. It contains high cholesterol. In the fast foods the saturated oil are use to backed or fried. You must have to avoid the backed or fried foods to avoid saturated foods. Trans foods are not advisable for your health.

The Trans fat is made from vegetable oil and hydrogen with hydrogenation. You can get the Trans fat from snack foods, cookies, vegetable shortenings, margarines and fried foods as well as in backed foods. The Trans fat is made liquid oils change into solid fats. The Trans fat is mostly getting from the dairy products, meat, and animal-based foods. Trans fat is saturated fat and it contains dietary cholesterol. Eating Trans fat raise the LDL cholesterol. You can also get the Trans fat on packed in the market. You must have to read the label carefully before purchasing the foods.
