Milk is one of the most important diets for the children. It contains calcium and other essential nutrition to keep the bones grows fast and stronger. Normally the children at the age of [b]5-8 need 800 mg[/b] of calcium per day and children in the group of [b]9-18 needs 1300 mg[/b] of calcium per day. The milk, yogurt and the cheese are necessary supplement to keep the bones stronger. The milk, yogurt and the cheese have rich in calcium and other nutrition.

In addition to dairy foods, other good sources of calcium include salmon, tofu (soybean curd), certain vegetables (for example, broccoli), legumes (peas and beans), calcium-enriched grain products, lime-processed tortillas, seeds, and nuts.

The women should also eat fresh fruits and vegetables, which contains more calcium to get the calcium in sufficient form.
