It is always advisable to eat raw fruits, the fruits contains all types of minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals. Fruits are important to the health. It is advisable to take fruits as per season.

Fruits contains more nutrients potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and folic acid. The dietary fiber in the fruits, are very much important because it helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and lower risk of heart disease. It also helps to improve the bowel function, which help to reduce constipation.
