Water is the important element as nutrition for the body along with the food. Water contains important minerals. It moves food’s nutrition’s through the body and ensures that nutrients are available when we need them. It removes the constipation. It also increases the bowel movement resulting to soften the stools. Water is soluble so it may be consume directly or in the form of juices, fruit pulps, water in cooked foods, etc. If you intake less water resulting into a dehydration, it needs to monitor the water intake by drinking plenty of water per day. It will improve both mental and physical performance.

Water is essential for the human body. It is also essential to take in certain quantity by giving treatment according to the present climate condition and work. It is essential to eat the water under the certain quantity. The normal level of consuming the food is 1500 - 2500 ml per day for proper functioning of the body and to protect against the dehydration, constipation, urinary infection etc. Water is most essential for our body so it is essential to drink water as recommended by the dietary norms.
