The food eaten in raw by people is rich in nutrition’s, vitamins, minerals and physiochemical. The nutritional value in the cooked food like minerals, vitamins, nutrients, enzymes, physiochemical and other healthy compounds start to change or become destroyed and the food no longer has the life and health-giving properties. The benefits of the cooked food are less than the raw foods. If you are not habituated with the raw food than you can gradually shift it from cooked foods to raw foods. Once you are use too with the raw food than you can gradually increase the contain of the raw food in your diet.

There are varieties of foods like the fruits like apples, beets, cherries, grapes, orange, strawberries, cucumber, carrots and other types of leafy vegetables available to eat raw, your body gets with sources of actual nutrients and you may find yourself craving certain foods and wanting to eat lots of them. Looking to the fact the on a raw food diet you get lots of calcium from various vegetables, especially green leafy vegetables and broccoli and sesame seeds are high rich in calcium are helpful for nails, skin, hair.
