Eating uncooked foods diets are the best way to consume nutrition. The people now eating the uncooked food are now trend of the present time. The cooked food, the most of the people use to eat from several years with less nutrition. It is not beneficial to health..

It has been observed that the cooking of foods destroys nutrients, especially vitamin C and the B-vitamins. Cooking can produce carcinogens which causing cancer. The crushing (eating) or cutting certain foods can activate beneficial enzymes in uncooked foods. Cooking at certain temperatures for long periods can causes the formation of advanced glycoxidation end products (AGEs), which are resulting into promote aging and diabetic complications.

It is better to eat some Salad or some raw fruits and vegetables to get the enough nutrition in the body. It can boost up immune systems and help to fight against various chronic ailments.
