It is not possible for every one to become 100 percent raw food eater. The people use raw food in different combination. Some people eat 90 percent raw food and 10 percent cooked food while some people use to eat 50% raw and 50% cooked in each meal. There are special methods for cooking the raw food so that at least minimum amount of nutrition can be restore. You must have to select the food which are beneficial to health..

The benefits of the cooked food are less than the raw food. If you are not habituated with the raw food than you can gradually shift it from cooked food to raw food. Once you are use too with the raw food than you can gradually increase the contain of the raw food in your diet.
