No, not directly, in case your old registrar has released the domains, you can register them through other. The old registrar has placed a 45 day hold on the domains to take the chances of renewal.

If you want to renew through your old registrar, you will not able to transfer your domains for [b]60 days[/b]. You need to appeal the registrar to release the domains so that you can register them elsewhere, but then you would risk losing the domain names.

The best thing to do is to renew the domains through your old registrar. Then, once [b]60 days[/b] have passed, than you have to consider transferring the domains to other registrar.
