The registration service is a service that provide by an Internet Service Providers (ISP) or other registration company, which gives registration services to their client by sending them to registrars. You must have to give information about ISP to registrar.

I think both registration service and a registrar are inter-related with each other. Please make sure that the registrar is accredited with the ICANN. Please also ensure that the ISP must be good and dedicated service providers.
