No you can’t park your car in the disabled parking space because you are injured, not completely disabled.

You must have to produce proper authorization to get your space in the disabled parking space. You must have to get the permission of Airport Authority to get the space for your car.

I think you are misleading the authority by giving various excuses as injured person. You must be confirmed that you are not disabled but injured.
