You must have to report immediately to the concern authority because the transactions using the passport directly link to your credit card. You are responsible for such transaction until you have not register complaint to the concern authority.

Can you tell me if I have registered complaints about loss of my parking passport. What is the next step to do?

The concern authority block the usage of your current card and issue a new card, just you have to pay $5 as replacement charge.
