Why the airport parking company or authorities considers 8 days a week?

Airport parking services consider 24 hour working for 7 days. If you have booked your car in the Monday morning and take delivery on the same day at 8pm but the airport parking company calculate booking charges from midnight on a 24 hour bases. They consider the parking charges per whole or part day.

Car owner or renter must know the calculation of charges so that last minute dispute shall be avoided.
